During the last edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milano, Turati Collection began a journey to introduce Sancal´s new products and it continues to Habitat Valencia. The arrival is expected on September 17th.

Sancal will design a new metro station with the main purpose of transforming transit areas into much more pleasant and inspiring spaces, creating a link between perceptions, the range and uses of the new models, as well as the textures and colours selected for a bold staging that goes beyond conventions.

A simple design with endless details for a spacious station, where travellers will be able to take a seat on a Next Stop sofa upholstered in Zero textile by Marie-Louise Rosholm, an Interchange bench, a Meeting Point pouf or carefully step onto a Mind the Gap rug – all the four models have been designed by Nichetto Studio.

Turati Collection also includes other singular new products. The comfortable Alpino sofa by Rafa García, the sound-absorbing furniture Estante designed by Juan Ibañez, the Tonella poufs from the Swedish Note Design Studio, the two new finishes for the acclaimed Pion tables by Ionna Vautrin and a careful selection of objects for the lifestyle line COSAS.

Sancal’s new collection and its backdrop, conceived by Esther and Elena Castaño-López from Estudio Sancal, reproduces the colour, light, materials and even the graphical image of one of Milan’s metro stations, with a restricted palette of grey, yellow and red tones. Turati Collection is a tribute to Milan’s architecture and the city ability to transform the contemporary into classic.
