The upcoming edition of Feria Hábitat València’s emerging talent platform will feature six emerging professionals and studios and nine schools and training centres, with international participation from Mexico.
The selection was made by a jury comprising representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Clap Studio, Yonoh, the Universitat Politècnica de València and professionals with longstanding links to nude.
València, 2 September 2026.- Salón nude, Spain’s leading platform for promoting emerging design talent, has announced the participants selected for its next edition, which will take place from 28 September to 1 October at Feria Valencia, as part of Feria Hábitat València 2026 and the València Inspira Diseño initiative. The 2026 call will therefore bring together a total of 15 proposals, representing six emerging professionals and studios and nine schools, universities and training centres, consolidating nude’s role as a space for discovering, promoting and connecting new generations of designers with the habitat industry.
For this purpose, nude 2026 has brought together a jury with extensive professional and institutional experience, comprising Henar Díez, from the Ministry of Culture’s Cultural Industries Coordination Centre; Ángela Montagud and Jordi Iranzo, from Clap Studio, the studio awarded the 2023 National Design Award; multidisciplinary designer Ester Cruz, who has participated in several editions of nude; Clara del Portillo, co-founder of Yonoh Estudio Creativo and historically associated with the fair; and Javier Pastor, designer, researcher and professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València.
Six emerging professionals and studios
In the Emerging Professionals category, nude 2026 will feature six participants: Somos JUMAT, by Juan Pedro Gutiérrez Giracca; faBle.xyz, by Moisés Lázaro; Kaimok Design, by Prospero Risiglione; BAM Furniture Design, comprising Benoit Paul Huguenin, Ana Cristina Chavez Martinez and Maitu Green; Archivo Carmenati, by Nicolau Furriol Carmenati; and Melón de ideas, by Yolanda Pérez and María José Manzano.
The group represents a range of languages and disciplines within contemporary design, from furniture and product design to experimental and conceptual approaches, highlighting the diversity of profiles that find in nude a first professional showcase to manufacturers, publishers, specifiers, architects and interior designers.
Academic design once again takes centre stage
Alongside emerging professionals, Salón nude maintains one of its historic hallmarks: the prominent role of schools and training centres, conceived as incubators for new talent and as spaces for discovering the lines of research and experimentation being developed by future design professionals.
This edition will feature Barreira Arte y Diseño, with CLICK; Universitat Jaume I, with Naturaleza que cuida con sentido; Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de València, with Projectes alumnat 2026; Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Aeroespacial y Diseño Industrial (ETSIADI UPV), with NU2, con Yudesign; Escola d’Art i Superior de Ceràmica de Manises, with Territorios cerámicos; Elisava, Facultad de Diseño e Ingeniería; Escuela Superior de Enseñanzas Técnicas de la Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera; Centro de Referencia Nacional en Producción, Carpintería y Mueble de Andalucía; and Anáhuac Puebla (Mexico), with the project Rethinking the Past, Rethinking the Pattern.
The participation of Anáhuac Puebla should also be highlighted, as it further strengthens nude’s international dimension and the platform’s connection with new Latin American design schools and centres.
Space for association activities
In addition, this year, within the Salón nude space in Hall 6Bis of Feria Valencia, various activities organised by associations will also take place, including those of the Colegio de Diseñadores de Interior de la Comunitat Valenciana (CDICV), the Associació de Professionals del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana (ADCV) and the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura (ETSA) of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), which will celebrate its 60th anniversary.
Nude 2026 will also host the exhibition of Salón EXCO, whose sessions will be held in the Assembly Hall of Feria Valencia, as well as the Espai Guastavino of the Colegio Territorial de Arquitectos de València and activities organised by the cultural platform DXI.
A talent platform connected to industry
Salón nude 2026 forms part of the wider València Inspira Diseño project, which will turn Feria Valencia into a major meeting point for design, habitat, creativity and innovation in September, with the joint celebration of Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, 360 by Cevisama and Salón nude, alongside an extensive professional and cultural programme.
In this context, nude continues to fulfil its role as a bridge between schools, new designers and industry, giving participants the opportunity to present their projects to a professional and specialised audience and establish new connections with companies, publishers, distributors and specifiers.
