The National and International Buyers Plan will promote an ambitious invitation program aimed at professionals in contract, architecture, interior design, and large-scale distribution from strategic markets in Europe, Latin America, and North Africa
València, June 1, 2026.- The major trade fair event around the habitat industry, which will be held from September 28 to October 1 at Feria Valencia and will bring together Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, and the new 360 by Cevisama area, will feature one of the largest professional buyer programs developed in Spain for these sectors.
Thus, the initiative ‘València Inspira Diseño 2026’, under which these events are held, will strengthen its international dimension and its capacity to generate business through an ambitious National and International Buyers Plan, for which a total investment of over one million euros is planned.
This is one of the most important strategic initiatives of the fair, aimed at ensuring the presence in València of the main purchasing decision-makers, prescribers, and professionals linked to furnishing, interior design, and contract projects in the most relevant markets for the Spanish habitat industry.
Public and sector coordination
The program is the result of the combination and coordination of different buyer recruitment and invitation actions jointly promoted by public institutions, business organizations, and Feria Valencia itself. In this regard, entities such as the Generalitat Valenciana participate, through IVACE+i Internacional and ICEX, in collaboration and coordination with the main sector associations such as ANIEME, FEDAI, ATEVAL – Home Textiles From Spain, ARVET, and ASEBAN, in the bathroom equipment field.
Focus on Europe, Latin America, and the Maghreb
The international plan will place special emphasis on those markets considered priority for the Spanish habitat industry. In this regard, the 2026 edition will intensify actions aimed at buyers and prescribers from European Union countries and Latin America, two geographic areas that account for a very significant share of Spanish exports of furniture, lighting, home textiles, kitchen, and bathroom products.
Likewise, specific actions will be developed in emerging markets with high growth potential, especially in the Maghreb countries. The proximity of major international events such as the Football World Cup and major investment plans linked to the development of new tourism and hotel infrastructure is generating growing demand for products and solutions for comprehensive space outfitting.
Architects, interior designers, purchasing groups, and importers
The profile of the invited professionals reflects the evolution of the sector’s distribution channels. Both nationally and internationally, the program will be especially oriented toward profiles closely linked to the contract and hotel project business.
These include architecture studios, interior design firms, designers, prescribers, and project furnishing managers, as well as purchasing groups, specialized distributors, and major importing companies with decision-making power over large purchase volumes.
On the other hand, there is also notable growing interest from European operators in the Spanish habitat industry, whose combination of design, innovation, quality, and competitiveness has made it one of the international benchmarks in the sector.
A cross-cutting action for ‘València Inspira Diseño 2026’
The Buyers Plan will have a direct impact on the set of events that make up València Inspira Diseño 2026, the major trade fair event that will simultaneously bring together Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, and the new 360 by Cevisama area, dedicated to bathroom equipment and solutions for comprehensive interior design projects.
The joint holding of these sectors will make it possible to offer buyers and prescribers a global view of the latest trends and solutions for the habitat, while also fostering synergies between industries that are increasingly interconnected and linked to major residential, hotel, and contract projects.
In the last edition, in which Feria Hábitat València and Textilhogar participated jointly, the fair received more than 40,000 professional visitors, of whom nearly 16% came from 102 countries, consolidating València as one of the main international meeting points for the habitat industry in Southern Europe.
