Hotel Hábitat 2026 by Joaquín Homs' imagines a new, more sensory, sustainable, and universal way of living

Hotel Hábitat 2026 emerges from the vision of Mexican architect Joaquín Homs as an architectural and emotional reflection on the contemporary act of living. The project proposes the creation of:

“A universal hotel where different cultures, landscapes, and ways of understanding contemporary life converge”.

Viruta LAB, José Arroyo, Porcelanosa, and Studio HC preview some of the concepts that will complete the spaces of Hotel Hábitat, alongside proposals from Stone Designs, Abez, Made Studio, and Odosdesign.

A place where architecture ceases to be merely form to become a sensory and emotional experience
