Valencia, July 9, 2025. – ‘Contract 360’ is gaining momentum. Feria Hábitat Valencia’s initiative—together with Maderalia, another interior design fair organized by Feria Valencia—to create a new sector specialized in solutions for contract projects is proving to be a great success. In fact, nearly all of the planned exhibition space on Level 3 of Pavilion 3 at Feria Valencia has already been reserved.
This new exhibition zone at Hábitat will feature nearly fifty exhibiting brands, participating in a turnkey format with uniform stands focused exclusively on presenting new products and innovations. The goal of bringing together high-level brands from sectors beyond the traditional ones of furniture, textiles, decoration, and lighting has been fully achieved, offering a wide multisectoral array so that contract prescribers and professionals can find diverse solutions for their projects in this new space.
This is clearly reflected by the latest additions to ‘Contract 360’, especially in the area of coverings and surfaces, with companies such as Cosentino joining in recent weeks—one of the leading names in innovative, sustainable, high-value surfaces.
Also confirmed in this segment are natural flooring and pavements company Lico Ibérica, as well as ceramic brands such as Maora Ceramic, specialized in natural clay; the design ceramics brand Palo Rosa; the tile-focused firm Tiles in Mind; porcelain surface specialist Undefasa; and Roced, known for its metallic tiles.
The bathroom equipment sector will also play a major role in the ‘Contract 360’ area, as shown by the recent inclusion of companies like Bathco, offering a wide range of bathroom solutions; Miss Mirror, specialized in designer mirrors; sector leader Poalgi; and trendsetting faucet brand Ramón Soler. Strohm Teka has also confirmed its participation, bringing global bathroom space solutions.
Innovative solutions for the contract channel
This new exhibition space at Hábitat will also feature more specific solutions for projects. Recently added is the new brand Ziclick, the result of synergies between two leading companies—Finsa and Simon—offering innovative modular systems of electrified panels for spaces.
Also notable is the addition of Ecoclay, with its mortars and interior paints; lighting sector solutions from Sensio and Fede Switch & Light; garden, terrace, and contract project products from Herstera Garden; and the bioclimatic pergolas from SIX96 by Codeval.
All these companies, along with those already confirmed, will have the opportunity to be selected for the flagship project of Hábitat 2025: the ‘Barracas’ installation by Tomás Alía for ‘Hotel Hábitat’, which will include a series of custom-designed suites styled by prestigious designers.
