Ten pavilions and more than 110,000 m² of exhibition space: this will be the major habitat event in September at Feria Valencia

The major joint event of Hábitat, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, and 360 by Cevisama expects to bring together around 1,500 exhibiting firms and brands and grow by 20% to establish itself as the second-largest European gathering in the sector..

València, April 29, 2026.— With five months to go before it takes place, the major Feria Valencia event focused on the habitat sectors is gaining momentum and already defining the scale of a historic edition. Under the slogan “València Inspires Design,” the Valencia exhibition center will host from September 28 to October 1 the largest habitat trade event of the last decade, with figures that anticipate its impact.

Led by Feria Hábitat València, the event will bring together in a single week not only the established “made in Spain” habitat fair, but also Textilhogar, the biennial Espacio Cocina SICI, and the new initiative 360 by Cevisama, where bathroom, ceramics, and contract solutions will gain strategic prominence.

This major trade ecosystem is moving forward with more than 110,000 gross square meters of exhibition space already reserved, distributed across ten pavilions at Feria Valencia. This represents growth of nearly 20% compared to the last edition and consolidates the group of events as the second-largest European gathering around the habitat sector.

The expectation is to bring together an offering of around 1,500 firms and brands, both national and international, covering all segments of the sector: from furniture and decoration to lighting, bedding, home textiles, upholstery, kitchen equipment, ceramics, bathrooms, and solutions for architecture and interior design.

A design journey: this will be the sector layout

To optimize the visitor experience, Feria Valencia has designed a sector layout that enhances synergies between products, styles, and channels, creating a coherent, agile, and highly inspiring route for the thousands of professionals expected.

In this regard, the creative team at Odosdesign has been entrusted with designing the common areas and circulation spaces, with the aim of turning the visit to Hábitat, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, and 360 by Cevisama into a complete sensory experience.

The Feria Hábitat València offering will be located, as usual, on Levels 2 and 3, with access through the Central and West Forums, occupying seven pavilions where the proposals for design, innovation, decoration, rest, upholstery, lighting, and furniture in all its typologies will be concentrated.

Textilhogar, for its part, will be integrated transversally across the different pavilions depending on product segments: textile editors in Pavilion 2 on Level 3, upholstery textiles and rugs in Pavilions 1 and 4 on Level 3, and bedding in Pavilion 3 on Level 2.

Espacio Cocina SICI will change location while maintaining its size, fully occupying Pavilion 3 on Level 3. Among other features, it will highlight the “AMC Kitchen Lab” space, with scenography designed by Francesc Rifé.

New spaces: pavilions 6 and 6 bis

As a major new feature, the event will expand into pavilions 6 and 6 bis, which will host the new initiative 360 by Cevisama. This space will bring together a carefully curated selection of bathroom equipment, surfaces, coverings, and solutions for architecture, strengthening the focus on the contract channel.

In this same area, a new edition of Hotel Hábitat 2026 will be located, one of the most emblematic installations of the event, recreating different rooms of a design hotel by a renowned interior designer.

Finally, Pavilion 6 bis, also accessible from the North Forum, will host the most experimental space of the event: the NUDE Salon, a showcase of emerging talent featuring proposals from students, young designers, publishers, and universities. This area will also include a new edition of the Ágora nude, a forum for reflection and trends that will bring together some of the most influential creatives on the current scene..
