Hábitat 2025 discover its agenda with more than a hundred events and top international designers

Two stages, more than a hundred conferences, round tables, professional sessions, debates or presentations by exhibitors, and the presence of the best designers of the moment.

From Karim Rashid to Ramón Esteve, including Alberto Cavalli, Tomás Alía, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Belén Moneo, or international names such as Ben Wu or Meike Harde. This is the -intense- agenda of the imminent edition of Hábitat.

València, September 11, 2025.- The next edition of Feria Hábitat València is finalizing the details of a massive edition that will be held alongside Textilhogar at Feria Valencia from September 29 to October 2. A large-scale fair where the presence of more than 700 exhibiting firms and brands from around twenty countries has been confirmed, but without a doubt, the highlight will be an intense agenda of conferences, activities, talks, round tables, and product presentations.

In total, there will be more than a hundred events taking place in two venues: the Ágora nude, located next to the design talent showcase in Level 3 Hall 4, and the Hotel Hábitat Conference Zone, at the back of Level 3 Hall 3 and next to Tomás Alía’s inspiring hotel installation. In addition to what happens in these two forums, there will be more than fifty presentations, cocktails, and gatherings organized by the exhibitors themselves at their respective stands.

Ágora nude, where trends meet design

It will be the center of attraction for all design professionals as well as the boldest trend hunters. Every year it becomes an unmissable meeting point for industry professionals, and this year will be no different, with high-profile conferences by leading figures such as Alberto Cavalli, Executive Director of the Michelangelo Foundation, the most recent National Design Award winner Héctor Serrano, or one of today’s most in-demand creators, José Manuel Ferrero from Estudi{H}ac, who has designed the entire nude 2025 space. This year’s Ágora nude will also host, among other initiatives, the presentation of the Andreu World International Design Contest, the Alicante Design Map, the first edition of the National Interior Design Awards (DIN), the FITT-NESS project on smart homes, and a new edition of the Habitat Trends Notebook.

There will also be notable conferences on material specification, intellectual property in the world of design, the present of Spanish design, the presentation of Finsa’s Hábitat 360 initiative (promoter of the nude Salon), and a talk on synergies between design professionals.

The fair will also highlight contemporary craftsmanship through exhibitions and talks such as the one scheduled at the Ágora nude, focused on the appreciation of contemporary craftsmanship through design, featuring Chisco Vilar from the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sports, one of the organizations supporting the nude Salon.

Finally, attendees at the Ágora nude should not miss such interesting initiatives as the lecture by one of the leading experts in sleep medicine, Dr. Núria Roure, on the importance of rest, in a session developed by the mattress brand Gomarco.

Also noteworthy is the round table on design and industry promoted by Actiu, and the initiative “Altavoz, giving voice to Valencian design,” through which the Association of Designers of the Valencian Community (ADCV) allows several of its member studios to present their pieces exhibited at the fair. Each participant will have only three minutes to showcase their projects and share the strategic value behind each creation.

The hospitality industry meets at Feria Hábitat València 2025

This edition of Hábitat will once again spotlight the hospitality industry, bringing together the country’s largest hotel chains and professionals in the sector. Tomás Alía will design a sustainable hotel inspired by traditional Valencian architecture, and the conference area of this installation will host thematic sessions on the future of the industry.

Thus, on Monday, September 29 and Tuesday, September 30, with the support of sector organizations such as HOSBEC, ITH, and CEHAT, sessions will be held on the future of tourism, legal structures for hotel operations —with the law firm Garrigues— and a conference on how to identify, evaluate, and leverage opportunities in the hotel sector.

In addition, this venue will host various talks where architecture, projects, contract, and hotels will take center stage, featuring prominent professionals from the sector. Examples include a dialogue with Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez, the “Women in Office Design” day promoted by Actiu featuring, among others, Francesca Heathcote from Teresa Sapey + Partners, and a lecture by Francesc Rifé on Grupo Lamadrid.

This forum will also welcome renowned international professionals such as Chinese architect and designer Ben Wu and Italian designer Gabrielle Buratti in a conference organized by Alexandra, as well as a special session on Thursday morning, October 2, bringing together leading professionals in architecture and real estate such as Fran Silvestre and José Martí from Erre Arquitectura.

The extensive agenda on hotel contract design will be completed with conferences such as Tomás Alía’s talk on craftsmanship, the presentation of Andreu World’s “Travel Well Seated” guide, a round table on the impact of sustainability in purchasing departments, a lecture on materials for contract design and their fire resistance, and the presentation of the new “Ziclick” system for hotel interior renovation.

Exhibitors present their new designs and collections

The third major focus of this edition of Hábitat will be the large number of presentations and meetings with the press and visitors organized by exhibitors at their own stands. This year, the fair has been chosen by major habitat firms to showcase their latest collections, most of them in collaboration with renowned designers and creators.

One example is the presence of the controversial North American designer of Egyptian origin, Karim Rashid, who will present a new collection for the sleep brand Nisi Family. Hábitat will also feature, for example, the creative Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, with La Premier, and the talented German designer Meike Harde, who will present her collaboration with Viccarbe.

The list is extensive, and among them will be Italian designer Stefano Spessoto for Santalucia Mobili, Annika Eklund for Bolon, Ximo Roca’s presentation for Systemtronic, Francesc Rifé for Uecko, Italian designer Giancarlo Vegni and his new collection for Casadesús, and the presence at Point’s stand of acclaimed designers Patrick Norguet and Boti de Dominicis to unveil their new collections for the Alicante-based firm.

Ramón Esteve could not miss his appointment with Hábitat and will present his much-anticipated new sofa at the Vondom stand, as well as Daniel Germani’s new collection for Zavotti and Emiliana Design’s presentation of inclusive furniture for Vergés.
