Hotel Hábitat 2025: “Barracas” by Tomás Alía & Estudio Caramba
Level 3 Pavilion 3
Immersive installation of over 800 m² simulating a boutique hotel, reinterpreting Mediterranean architecture through contemporary design.
Signature suites designed by leading Spanish interior designers:
Tomás Alía, Pascua Ortega, Pepe Cosín, Clap Studio, Odosdesign, MMain Martínez Medina, and Studio HC.
Functional common areas: lobby, terrace, bar, and auditorium.
Exclusive participation of exhibiting brands specializing in contract furniture, lighting, and textiles.

Exhibition: “Héctor Serrano: 25 Years of Connection”
Level 3 Pavilion 4
A showcase of the work of one of Spain’s most internationally renowned designers and recent recipient of the National Design Award.
Over 90 pieces spanning product design, objects, furniture, and emotional technology.
Includes the project RAÍCES, a social design initiative using waste materials from the October 2024 DANA storm. A solidarity-driven project.

Sigfrido Serra & Revista Interiores: 'Pinknic, textil experience'

A surprising architectural space full of textures, color, and trends, born from a new collaboration between Valencian creative Sigfrido Serra and Revista Interiores. It will host a large working area and AITEX’s trends zone.
A must-see event at Textilhogar 2025.
Exhibition: “Conscious Materiality”

Exhibition organized in collaboration with ‘Material Bank’ and the consulting team from ‘Matter’, showcasing a sample library of coatings and materials designed for use in architecture and interior design projects.
The exhibition highlights the impact of materials on people and the environment, emphasizing their role in creating healthier and more sustainable spaces.
'Tempocraft', I Feria de Artesanía Contemporánea 'Made in Spain'
Level 3 Pavilion 4
A new space featuring over 30 contemporary creators and artisan workshops.
Unique products aimed at specifier channels: contract, boutique retail, and premium interior design.
Institutional support: Generalitat Valenciana, Michelangelo Foundation, Ministry of Culture.
Contract 360 by Maderalia
Level 3 Pavilion 3
A new exhibition project launched by Feria Valencia to enhance the offering with a specialized area focused on suppliers for contract installations and projects.
A curated and limited presentation of around 40 leading companies in the contract segment, complementing the Feria Hábitat València offer.

València Design Fest 2025
València city, september 12-October 16
Third edition of València Design Fest, organized by Fundació del Disseny.
An international festival that builds on the legacy of the 2022 World Design Capital, featuring exhibitions such as Time and Matter, presentations, and talks in collaboration with the College of Architects of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Also includes activities on disruptive design from the 1970s and 80s, and the international Future of Fashion summit on the challenges facing the fashion industry.

40th Anniversary of ADCV
The Valencian Designers’ Association (ADCV) celebrates its 40th anniversary with a full program during Feria Hábitat Valencia. It will revive one of its iconic formats: Altavoz, and the Emerging Design Movement (MoDE) will promote initiatives that showcase young talent and activate new experimental spaces.
