SIDI (International Selection of Designs for Furnishings for the Built Environment) has put together a graphic exhibition of  the activities it has engaged in over the last few years to promote Spanish design both within Spain and internationally.

From the 21^st to the 26^th September at Feria Valencia, the Ideas&Pasión Feria Hábitat Valencia trade show will be in full swing. It is a new project which brings all the home ware sectors together in one place: furniture, decoration, lighting, textiles for the home, kitchenware and art. It is a high impact event designed to surprise, inform and above all, do business. 

Valencia has cemented its reputation as a city specializing in hosting large, international events: America’s Cup, European Formula 1 GP, ATP500 Tennis Championships, Motorbike GP, The World Meeting of the Families, The Spanish GP for the Equestrian Global Champions Tour, etc. All of these events have brought renown and income to Valencia, “putting it on the map” so to speak.

 

But Valencia has another first-rate international event to add to the long list of sporting and other events that the city is so proud to host.

 

Ideas&Pasión Feria Hábitat Valencia is being re-launched from 21st to 26th September at Feria Valencia as a new, refreshed and revamped fair covering every sector to do with the built environment: furniture, decoration, lighting, home textiles, kitchens and art. This is a showcase that seeks to create an impact, amaze and educate, all with one specific aim in mind: to generate business. With two months still to go before the exhibition, companies at the forefront of the built environment industry have confirmed that they will be exhibiting at the show. These include BECARA, ASCENSIÓN LATORRE, MARINER, COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA, ÉPOCA, MUEBLES PICÓ, CANELLA, TECNINOVA or JAB and EQUIPO DRT.

Feria Hábitat Valencia proposes to create the industry’s most important sales platform and trends launch-pad by making a major feature of the Made in Spain style. The fair aims to become a global point of reference for Spanish design and production and, as a consequence, an event that manufacturers, designers, opinion leaders and the entire retail sector cannot afford to miss.
